Welcome to Higher DO$H Ltd ("DO$H", "we", "our", or "us"). DO$H operates an SMS‑based software platform that enables freelancers and micro‑businesses ("Sellers" or "you") to create payment requests and manage business workflows via text message.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By sending an SMS to initiate DO$H services, creating a payment link, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by:
these Terms of Service ("Terms");
the Stripe Connected‑Account Agreement ("CAA"), available at https://stripe.com/connect-account/legal, which forms part of these Terms; and
our Privacy Notice.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Term | Meaning |

Platform | The DO$H web services, APIs, SMS-based chatbot, and related software. |
Payment Services | Card, bank, wallet or other payment processing services provided exclusively by Stripe Payments UK Ltd and its affiliates (collectively "Stripe"). |
Connected Account | Your individual Stripe account provisioned through the Platform under the CAA. |
Customer | An end‑payer who pays you via a Payment Link generated through the Platform. |
Software vs. Payments. DO$H provides software only. All Payment Services—including the holding, transmission and settlement of funds—are provided by Stripe, an FCA‑authorised Electronic‑Money Institution (FRN 900461).
No Banking. DO$H is not a bank, payment institution, or electronic‑money issuer, and does not hold client money.
Agency. When you use the Platform you act as a principal in the sale of your goods or services to Customers. Stripe acts as your payment service provider. DO$H acts solely as your agent for the limited purpose of facilitating your use of Stripe via the Platform.
Onboarding. To accept payments, you must complete Stripe’s onboarding flow. The information you provide to Stripe must be accurate and kept up to date.
Acceptance of the CAA. By completing onboarding you enter into a direct contractual relationship with Stripeunder the CAA. We are not a party to that agreement.
Compliance. You must comply with all Stripe policies, including the Prohibited & Restricted Businesses List. If Stripe or DO$H determines you are in breach, we may suspend or terminate your Connected Account immediately.
Platform Fees. DO$H charges the fees disclosed in SMS pricing notices or on our website ("Platform Fees").
Stripe Fees. Stripe applies its standard processing fees. These will be deducted from each transaction before payout.
Payout Timing. Stripe settles funds to your designated bank account on the schedule visible in your Stripe dashboard. Instant Payouts are subject to separate eligibility and fees.
Your Responsibility. You are liable for all Chargebacks, disputes, refunds, and associated fees arising from your transactions—even if the reason is fraudulent or unrecognised payments.
Pass‑Through of Fees. Stripe’s dispute fees and any Chargeback amounts will be automatically debited from your Connected Account balance or your designated bank account.
Evidence Submission. You must provide compelling evidence through the dashboard or as instructed within 5 calendar days of a dispute notification. Failure to respond in time will likely result in an irreversible Chargeback.
Negative Balances. If your Connected Account balance becomes negative, you authorise DO$H and/or Stripe to recover the amount via set‑off, debit or invoice.
Provide goods or services of a quality consistent with your public representations.
Deliver purchases within the timeframe promised to Customers.
Maintain accurate records and comply with all applicable tax laws.
Do not use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or prohibited activity.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:
required by Stripe or any regulator;
you breach these Terms, the CAA, or applicable law; or
we reasonably suspect fraud, money‑laundering, or risk to Customers. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to the effective date (including Chargeback liability).
All Platform software, trademarks and content are owned by DO$H or its licensors. You receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the Platform solely for your own business operations.
You are the data controller for Customer personal data you collect via the Platform; Stripe and DO$H are independent controllers for their respective processing activities. See our separate Privacy Notice for details.
Disclaimer. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
No Indirect Damages. DO$H shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Cap. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the Platform Fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be lawfully limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DO$H, Stripe, and their affiliates against all losses arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws.
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version via SMS link or on our website. Changes take effect 14 daysafter posting unless required sooner by law or regulator.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of London, England have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at doshsupport@higherdosh.com. If your complaint relates to Payment Services, you may also contact Stripe at <support.stripe.com> or file with the UK Financial Ombudsman Service.
By continuing past this point you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, the Stripe Connected‑Account Agreement, and any policies referenced herein.
